Crown Lawn Care is owner-operated by Victor Chavez, working a small route across Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, Helotes, and the rest of the Hill Country. We’re still small enough that Victor answers the phone.

Our story
Built one Hill Country yardat a time.
Victor started Crown Lawn Care with a single mower and a pickup truck. The route grew out of word-of-mouth in Boerne and Fair Oaks Ranch — one neighbor pointing across the fence at a time — and now covers most of the Hill Country between Comfort and the NW edge of San Antonio.
The philosophy is the same as day one. Show up the same morning every week. Do the boring foundational work right. Leave the gate latched. No high-pressure sales, no upsells, no chemicals near edible beds without asking first.
We named the company “Crown” because the front yard is the crown of the property — the part everyone sees from the street. We treat every yard like that’s the standard.
