We’re a small Hill Country crew. Cedar drop in February, oak leaves in March, limestone soils that fight you on iron, and that hot stretch in July when an over-fed lawn will cook in a week. We’ve learned this stretch of country one yard at a time.

- Monthly billing on a flat rate works for most people. We invoice on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit billing is fine too if you prefer it.

- Hill Country storms blow through fast. We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You’ll hear from Victor directly if it slips beyond that.
